Questions about paying
Does my partner pay too?
No. One purchase covers everyone in your household, up to four people. Whoever buys it, everyone at home gets Plus.
What if I stop?
Stop any time. Nothing you've made goes away, and everything keeps working. You just can't add more past the free limits until you're back under them, and the planning features stop.
Is there a trial?
No trial needed: the first goal plan, fitted Moment, draft and look-up are on us (and your first filled list, reset draft and recipe import, too). Free has no time limit, either.
How do refunds work?
Plus is bought through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Anything odd, write to support@jarmer.app.
How does the AI allowance work?
Plus includes a generous monthly allowance of AI help, shared by the household. If you ever reach it, everything else keeps working, and it starts again next month.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Jarmer is iPhone-only for now. A web version, for anyone at home on Android, is planned after launch.
